Welcome to my yuku profile. My name is Renata and I am from the Czech Republic. I would like to improve my English and especially meet new friends with the same interests from all over the world. That´s why I´m here. And you can guess who´s my interest No. 1. Yeah, it is Mr. Josh Groban - he´s inspiration for me, for my life, I admire him for his beautiful soul and amazing voice. He is so talented, he is the best singer in the world (for me), is hilarious, good looking, loves his family and fans, he does lot of things for charity and for children in Africa... He´s just perfect. I love his sense of humor and totally love him laughing! image
I have been Josh´s fan since 2004, it has been over 5 years now. It´s quite long time because Josh and his music aren´t known here in the Czech Republic. I know the exact day when I met Josh´s music: 15th May 2004. That day I was visiting cinema with my friends to watch the movie Troy. I liked that movie but can´t still forget the end of it. I heard a song with the most beautiful voice in the world (you probably understand me:-)) I was so stunned, I wasn´t able to stand up, I was just sitting and listening… The next day I was looking for the name of that great voice and for some pictures. And I discovered Josh. I was so suprised how young he was that time and still is, of course. I had probably seen him long before on Ally McBeal (because I love this TV show) but I don´t remember it. I was probably deaf and blind that time. But the Troy (or the destiny???, don´t know….) brought Josh back into my life a few years later. And I´m so happy for that!
It´s absolutely unbelievable what he can do with our souls and hearts. How strong we can be thanks to his voice and songs....


My other hobbies are history, visual art, travelling (I visited many European countries and towns but I love London the most. I´d like to visit the USA, New Zealand and Islands in Caribbean in the future) and reading (my favorite books are all books by Barbara Erskine (especially Lady of Hay), Barbara Wood and Phillip Vandenberg).

    I'm doing fine! School is going well, a little drama, but nothing I can't handle. Have you seen Josh's new song with Nelly Furtado? I love it! It's called "Silencio." HUGS!

    The ticket is the problem, I want to get one in a front row if that is possible. I really want to see him live and that motivates me enough to save the money, but I have to be careful when I buy the ticket, I don't want to get the last one :D Well, we still have time for now, I hope it will be alright.

    Of course, if I have the honor to speak with Josh, I'll tell him to come to the Czech republic too.image I want so bad to see him in concert, it's an amazing experience. If he doesn't come to Romania, I'll travel in another country... but, how am I going to buy the ticket? Through the internet? If so, how am I going to receive it? This is the question.image

I can't even describe how much but I think you understand me, don't you?;o) It's one of my biggest dreams! And I can say the same as you. If he doesn't come to my country, I will travel to abroad to see him. Well, the best way how to buy tickets is via internet. That's for sure. When you buy it, they will send it by post. I am just afraid of one thing. That I could miss the right time to buy a ticket, that they could be sold out very quicky. And if I miss it, I am gonna die! I can't wait longer!!!!
